Maruti Suzuki Jimny Production started. Ahead of launch

Maruti Suzuki has started production of Jimny off-roader and rolled out the first 5 door Jimny. Jimny was unveiled for Indian market in auto-expo 2023 and at the same day bookings has been started.

Soon Jimny got 25k pre bookings and like this it seems to be a strong rival of Mahindra Thar. The first Jimny rolled out is the top end alpha variant having ftlront Foglamps and white exterior shade.

The international market has 3 door version of Jimny from last few years. Maruti Suzuki has developed the 5 door Jimny specially for Indian market to offer batter practicality which is the main USP.

Jimny will hit showrooms early June this year. The price happens to be 10 lakh ex showroom. We have already made a post of detailed priceing when it was leaked from the authorised dealership.

The offroader Jimny will come with Maruti's K15 B 1.5 liter 4 cylinder petrol engine that is good to 103 bhp and 136nm of torque. Jimmy will also get All-Grip Pro all wheel drive drive train system.

Most Powerful BMW launched | M340i updated

Throwback A couple of months, BMW published a SUV concept claiming that will be the most powerful product of the auto maker. Today BMW has launched the XM SUV in Indian market with ex showroom price of 2.6Cr which makes the SUX the flagship model of BMW. This is the only SUV in BMW's M lineup which is powered by both electric motor and a petrol engine which can run 80km on purely electric mode. The all new BMW SUV is powered by a 4.4 liter twin turbo V8 petrol engine which is good to 489bhp. This engine is coupled to a 48V strong hybrid system. The combine power output from the petrol engine and electric motor happens to be 654bhp and 800nm. The SUV comes with a 8 speed automatic gearbox that powers all four wheels.
