Brezza or Fronx?

The first thing to focus while buying a car is its price. The Fronx comes at 7.47 lacs and goes all the way upto 13.14 lacs ex showroom where Brezza starts at 8.19 lacs and goes upto 14.14 lacs. There is a straight one lacs price gap, so let's see how Brezza justifies it's price over Fronx.

Styling
Both of the car falls in SUV catagory where Brezza has his own identity but Fronx is raised Baleno. Brezza has boxy body like a typical suv where Fronx gets curvy body like Baleno and split headlamps like Grand Vitara. The Fronx is full of cuts and creases where as Brezza has plain boxy shape.

Features
Both of them gets Maruti Suzuki badge which refers a feature loaded cabin. As there is a price gap of around a lac, Brezza takes full advantage of this. Brezza gets a sunroof, sunglasses holder and rear seat armrest. That's not, wait a while to justify pricing.

Comfort 
The Brezza gets a big footprint and also a straight upright seating position which results a batter ride height. However the Fronx has 190mm ground clearance, the seating position is hatchback like instead like an SUV. The seat cushion is Batter in Fronx as compare to Brezza.

Drivability
Both are not ultimate driving machine. The Brezza gets a 1.5 NA which has decent power output where the Fronx gets a 1.0L turbo which will be slightly thrilling. There is also a 1.2L NA on offer which has adequate output. The Fronx feels more stable due to suspension.

Conclusion
As they belong to same OEM, there will be no issue of service and reliability. If you needs a high ground clearance car but you have more use in city then you can go for Fronx But if most of the time you drives on highways, then you should consider Brezza.

Mahindra Scorpio Classic

This is actually slightly modified previous generation scorpio which will go on sell parallely with Scorpio-n.
