Two new colour options with Mahindra Thar

Mahindra Thar is one of the iconic SUV of current date. But again Mahindra Thar is on news these days. Mahindra is working on Thar from multiple direction. As we have already mentioned before in our posts, Mahindra is to launch a 5 door Thar. But now Thar is on topic because of its 4×2 variants.

Mahindra is preparing for launch of Jimny which will be a strong competitor of Thar. So Mahindra is launching a low priced 4×2 Thar which will be powered by XUV300's 1.5 liter engine. With this Mahindra has also announced two new color options with Thar.

Mahindra Thar comes with four colour options which are Red Rage, Galaxy Grey, Nepoli Black and Aqua Marine. Here Mahindra will add two new color options which are Everest White and Blazing Bronze. These two color options are also to be offered with 4×4 variants too.

The 1.5 litre 4×2 variant will be 115 bhp powerful and make a maximum 300nm of torque. This is the same which we have already seen in XUV300. Mahindra will sell the 1.5 liter 4×2 Thar from 9th January this year.

Mahindra Scorpio Classic

This is actually slightly modified previous generation scorpio which will go on sell parallely with Scorpio-n. This is due to high demand of outgoing Scorpio however the Scorpio classic isn't exactly the outgoing Scorpio, this will be slightly upgraded in terms of design, features and engine. At the front, the Scorpio classic has revised grille and bumper. The hood is up-right and there is a non hood scoop like outgoing Scorpio but in scorpio classic, the hood scoop is non functional.
