Kia Carens

Kia is all set to launch their premium 6 seater utility vehicle Carens. The Korean car maker debuted the upcoming premium MPV on 16th December 2021 and promised to launch in coming couple of months. Any costumer interested in coming MPV can prebook with a token amount of 25k. Kia has targeted the 7 seater SUV segment which includes Hyundai Alcazar, Tata Safari, Mahindra XUV700, MG Hector Plus and the premium MPV segment which includes Toyota Innova Crysta.

Kia has designed the upcoming MPV in such a way that can attract costumer easily because looks do matter in Indian car market. Unlike other MPVs Kia Carena gets a upright stance like an SUV. The design is a balanced mixture of premiumness and sportiness. Front of the MPV gets three chamber LED headlamps and star inspired LED DRL. The chrome garnish on the grille enhances the premiumness. Further the front bumper contains massive air intake.
The Kia Carens looks too lengthy from side. Kia claims it has the longest wheelbase in the class. There are massive window area at the side of the MPV which gets chrome at the bottom. There are a lot of chrome used in this MPV which is impressive for Indians. The three row SUV lies over a set of stylish 16" alloy wheel. Rear end of the Kia Carens gets sharp creases. Taillamps gets a sort of 3d design and are in wraparound towards the sides. Rear bumper also gets a lot of chrome again.

Interior of Carens is very premium. It gets a feature loaded cabin. Dashboard layout is clean and it has a flat bottom steering wheel. Kia will offer a lot of features with Care na. The highlighting Feature of the upcoming three row MPV includes 10.25 inch touch screen infotainment system with connected car tech, 64 color ambient lightning, automatic climate control, seat back tablets for second row, cooled wireless charger, ventilated seats, 8 speaker Bose sound system, leatherette seats and drive modes.   
Kia has divided Carens into five varients according to features distribution i.e Premium, Prestige, Prestige Plus, Luxury and Luxury Plus. Kia Carens has longest wheelbase in segment and a higher ground clearance from the point of view of MPV. As it has long wheelbase it will offer large cabin space and due to height there will be decent amount of headroom for third row passenger after the roof mounted AC vents also.

The all new three row MPV is powered by three engines. There will be a 1.5 liter naturally aspirated petrol engine that generates 115ps and 144nm of torque. This 1.5 liter petrol engine is reserved for only lower trims and mated with a 6 speed manual gearbox. The next is a 1.4 liter turbo petrol engine and that makes a 140ps and 242nm which is mated to a 6 speed manual and 7 speed DSG gearbox. Finally a 1.5 liter diesel engine which delivers 115ps and 250nm of torque. The 1.5 liter diesel engine is mated to a 6 speed manual and 6 speed automatic transmission.

Most Powerful BMW launched | M340i updated

Throwback A couple of months, BMW published a SUV concept claiming that will be the most powerful product of the auto maker. Today BMW has launched the XM SUV in Indian market with ex showroom price of 2.6Cr which makes the SUX the flagship model of BMW. This is the only SUV in BMW's M lineup which is powered by both electric motor and a petrol engine which can run 80km on purely electric mode.
