5 Maruti Suzuki Cars to be launched in first half of 2022


1. Maruti Suzuki XL6 and Ertiga
Maruti Suzuki is planning to give a mid life update to their affordable and premium MPVs with some minor changes which includes addition of new features and some visual tweak. The interior is also to be revised. Engine and transmission option will be retain which is 1.5 liter Maruti K series engine which makes 103bhp and 138nm of torque with 5 speed manual and 4 speed automatic transmission.


New Vitara Brezza
The Vitara Brezza is to get replaced by a upgraded Brezza which will be the second generation of it. This time the Vitara Brezza will receive a lot of change in terms of design feature and engine mechanism. According to reports Brezza will come with a sunroof as well which will make it the first car of Maruti with sunroof. Engine mechanism is also to be upgraded and a 48v mild hybrid is to be added.

Maruti Suzuki Baleno 
Maruti has started working to upgrade their premium hatchback Baleno. This time Baleno will come with a fresh exterior and interior. It will get a revised grill headlamp and DRL. Interior will also upgraded with new touchscreen wireless charger and many more. Power train option will remain same i.e 1.2 liter petrol engine with 5 speed manual transmission. Maruti Jimny
Maruti Suzuki is to expand their product lineup by adding Jimny. Jimny is a popular three door SUV in international market which is expected to become 5 door in India. After launch it will compete Mahindra thar and Force Gurkha. The Maruti Suzuki Jimny comes with AWD drive train and the three door version has a ground clearance of 210mm.

Maruti Suzuki Solio
Maruti has been traced testing Solio in India and launch soon. Maruti will launch both Solio and Solio Bandit in India soon but thee is no official announcement released by Maruti Suzuki official. Solio is also a popular product in Japanese market. After launch it will be placed above WagonR. The Japanese Solio is powered by 1.2 liter petrol engine.

Mahindra Scorpio Classic

1. Revised exterior and features. 2. Available in 2 variants. 3. New Mhawk engine. Mahindra has officially unveiled the Scorpio classic on Friday. This is actually slightly modified previous generation scorpio which will go on sell parallely with Scorpio-n. This is due to high demand of outgoing Scorpio however the Scorpio classic isn't exactly the outgoing Scorpio, this will be slightly upgraded in terms of design, features and engine. At the front, the Scorpio classic has revised grille and bumper. The hood is up-right and there is a non hood scoop like outgoing Scorpio but in scorpio classic, the hood scoop is non functional.
