Tata has launched a new edition of safari called gold edition at 14.99 lakh. This edition adds golden inserts over several places and graphics change over dashboard. The safari gets faux gold instead of chrome . This golden inserts can be seen over the headlamps, front grille underline and tri arrow pattern over the grille, door handles, roof rails, AC vents surround, inside door handles, tata logo of steering wheel and over the dashboard. The regular safari gets faux wood finish but the gold edition revives a new graphics.

The gold edition also revives some extra features like leather seats and ventilated functions in first and second row, wireless phone charger, wireless or WiFi android auto and apple car play and air purifier. The gold edition is available in two color options as white-gold and black-gold. Except these changes the gold edition is identical to regular safari.

The Exter is available in 5 fundamental variants as EX, S, SX, SX(O) and SX(O) connect which becomes 15 comprehensively. There are 13 petrol variants and 2 CNG variants in S and SX variant. Likewise there are total 9 exterior shade option that includes 6 mono tone and three dual tone. Toyota Hilux revealed
