Tata has announced launch of the Tiago NRG. Price declared for petrol manual vrient is 6.57 lakh and for petrol automatic is 7.09 lakh. The Tiago NRG can be said as the sportier version of regular Tiago. However it has no direct rival, it will compete to Maruti Suzuki WagonR, Maruti Suzuki Celerio, Hyundai santro etc.

The main changes are done in exterior. It gets muscular body claddings which offers a tough look. Because of extra claddings the dimension also differs a increased length of 36mm, increasing height of 2mm and increased ground clearance of 11mm. It gets blacked out roof, door handles, D pillar and ORVMs as well. The front and rear gets a skid plate also.

Inside the cabin it gets all black theme. The dashboard layout is same here. In terms of features it gets 7inch touch screen infotainment system which supports android auto and apple car play, Harman sound system, steering mounted audio control, all four power windows, electric ORVs, air conditioner and height adjustable driver seat.

The Tiago NRG is powered by a 1.2 liter naturally aspirated petrol engine which makes a maximum power output of 86ps and 113nm torque.
