i20 N line testing in India

In last 2020 Hyundai elite i20 became i20. In just removal of elite we saw a major change in product. i20 has got a sunroof, cruise control, ambient lights, air purifier and a lot more with a new body shell. The new Hyundai i20 N spied testing on Indian roads.

1. Spied testing in India (somewhere in Faridabad).
2. Enhanced looks and sport equipments.
3. 1.0 liter 3 cylinder turbo petrol engine.

N line is nothing but a sub brand of Hyundai that makes a sportier and preference oriented version of regular Hyundai cars. They usually makes some enhancement in looks and power train.

The i20 N line gets a N line badged glossy black front grille. The grille pattern resembles check lines of racing track. It gets triangular fog lamp housing and projector fog lamp. The ORVM will be in black color across all N line varients while the roof will be in body colored in single tone variants.
At side profile the bold shoulder line makes it more sportier. The dual tone alloy wheels are of 17 inches which are in a new design. The major change is seen over the rear bumper which is completely different from regular i20. The rear bumper gets fake air dams and dual strip reflector beside it. It gets dual chrome tip muffler and fortunately that isn't fake. I20 N line is really aggressive in terms of exterior design.
There is no major change in interior. It gets a slightly different steering from regular i20 which is specially dedicated to N line varient. It is expected to get red stitching over the seats and some red inserts across AC vents. There is also a big N line badging over the seats in red stitching.
i20 N line will be powered by 1.0 liter 3 cylinder turbo petrol engine paired with 7 speed DCT transmission system. The 1 liter is quite familiar to us as we have already seen in venue, grand i10 nios, verna, aura and i20 but in N line variant it will be enhanced in terms of throtal response and expected to have some more bhp. Due to twin muffler the exhaust sound will be different.
