New rival for seltos and creta

Skoda Auto India pvt ltd. going to launch a product in 12 to 16 lakh segment which will compete Hyundai creta, kia seltos, Nissan kicks and Renault duster.
Skoda's new SUV named kushaq is going to launch in India soon. The SUV is placed in above 4 meter compact SUV segment. After launch, kushaq will compete Hyundai creta, Kia seltos, Nissan kicks and Renault duster. This SUV was showcased in the name of Skoda vision IN in auto expo 2020. This will be an Indian SUV rather than a Czech. Skoda is making this SUV according Indian needs.
The name "kushaq" is derived from Sanskrit word "kuskak" which means king. Kushaq is based on Volkswagen taigun or MQB IN platform.
In terms of features it will have 12inch touch screen infotainment system with My-Skoda connected car technology, digital meter console, electric sunroof, cruise control, automatic climate control, 360 parking camera, electric adjust for driver seat, automatic headlight and wipers, led headlamp with day time running lights and many more. Talking about engine and transmission it will come with 1.5 liter and 1.0 liter TSI engine which we have seen in other Volkswagen group cars. There will be 3 transmission option ie. 6 speed manual and automatic transmission and 7 speed DSG transmission.

Mahindra Scorpio Classic

This is actually slightly modified previous generation scorpio which will go on sell parallely with Scorpio-n.
