German Luxury EV Rival From Kia, The EV9

1. All set to step in.
2. 100 kWh battery pack.
3. 0-100 kmph in 5.3 sec.

The Kia EV9 was showcased as a prototype in auto expo 2023. Now Kia motors is all set to launch the Kia EV9 in India. The launch date is scheduled to October 3 while they have already started teasing the SUV on social media.

The Kia EV9 will be the flagship SUV of the manufacturer which measures 5015 mm in length, 1989 mm in width and 1780 mm in height. The Kia EV9 is really big but still the Scorpio classic is taller (just a joke).

We all are well acquainted with the appearance of the Kia EV9. It has a typical boxy shape with a tall and upright stance. The signature LED lamp setup and EV design language makes the SUV appealing.
The interior of Kia EV9 is as luxurious as the German trio, as it has premium leather touches everywhere. The massive integrate touchscreen and 4 spoke multi function steering wheel concentrate all the controls of features.

In the feature list, two 12.3" screens, one serving as the infotainment system while another is for drivers display, panoramic sunroof, HUD, digital IRVM, digital key, meridian audio system, captain seats and massage function are notable.

Being a premium SUV, the Kia EV9 packs individual motors for each axle, making 384 bhp and 700 nm. The battery pack includes a massive 99.8 kWh unit that propells 561 km in a single charge. Staggeringly the charging time is 24 min from 10-80% with the DC fast charger.
