Vitara Brezza strictly needs these 5 things

Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza Is been top selling sub compact SUV in India since its launch. It justifies its sales figure by its practicality, versatility and service network of Maruti Suzuki.
Vitara brezza was launched in 2016 and become the best selling sub compact SUV in India. It crossed 6 lakh+ unit sales in India till the end of 2020. Everything in the world becomes older due to time. Vitara brezza hasn't got any major upgrade till its launch. Meanwhile now a lot more rivals are playing in sub-4 meter SUV segment which are more feature loaded and good looking.

Here are the 5 major things which Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza misses out which its rival gets.

1. Diesel Engine
In the year of 2016 Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza was launched with a 1.5 liter petrol engine and a 1.3 liter diesel engine as well. But due to emission norms Maruti discontinued the diesel Vitara Brezza before a year. After that Vitara Brezza is available in only petrol engine. When we see its rival they all are equipped with powerful diesel engine. So Maruti should provide a diesel engine with Vitara Brezza that can boost the sales of the SUV.

2. Automatic transmission
Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza comes with 1.5 liter petrol engine paired with a 4 speed automatic transmission. Meanwhile its lower segment hatchbacks are equipped with 5 or 6 speed automatic transmission and an SUV which price goes up to a million rupees getting a 4 speed unit. Its rivals are getting 6 or 7 speed unit with advanced technology. Some of its rivals are available with an IMT gearbox also.
5. Fresh interior
Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza comes with the same interior since 2016. Vitara Brezza gets a basic touch screen and ad vents at the central console. The steering wheel is also very simple. On these days its rivals are getting more good looking and feature loaded interiors. So Maruti should upgrade the interior of Vitara Brezza with a new dashboard layout, larger touch screen. Maruti should offer some more new features like air filter, wireless charger etc.

4. Connected car technology
Young costumers of india are quite impressed on Connected car technology. Connected car tech is a fancy feature. The application can be controlled by a smart phone and includes features like climate control, engine start/stop, voice command, live vehicle tracking and geo-fencing. But Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza missed out the connected car technology feature. On these days a requires a connect car tech to stay in market.
5. Sunroof
Indian costumers gets freak out in front of sunfoof whether that is useful for them or not. Specially in India there is no major use of sunroof but the car is on heavy demand which gets sunroof. Sunroof is a premium and feel good feature. the car looks more premium and up market when it gets a sunroof. So Maruti should offer a sunroof with Vitara Brezza to boost sales

There is a straight one lacs price gap, so let's see how Brezza justifies it's price over Fronx. Styling Both of the car falls in SUV catagory where Brezza has his own identity but Fronx is raised Baleno.
